 Professionally Tested --- Jute Industrial Vehicle Lamps Lead the World in Quality

In June of this year, the company added its second Taiwan plant in Shengang Township located in Central Taiwan. The four-floor Shengang 2 Plant is modern and spacious and includes an office building and a 9000 square meter production line facility. As other companies are tightening their belts during these challenging times, Jute Industrial committed to a second plant expansion in Taiwan and invested in new machinery to show the strength of their business and their confidence in future potential for expansion and development.
Jute Industrial is primarily an OEM manufacturer of headlights, taillights, signal lights, fog lamps, auxiliary lamps, reflectors, LED lamp and other related accessories. In addition to their two plants in Taiwan, the company also has factories in Changzhou, China and Indonesia. “Jute Industrial spares no expense when it comes to molds, because we have the most complete product line in the industry. If a customer does not want to take on the added expense of mold development, Jute Industrial has a wide variety of ready made products available to satisfy customer requirements,” said Vice General Manager Jessica Wei.
Known for their world leading quality, all Jute Industrial products must pass strict water resistance testing, salt spray testing, dust resistance testing, light up testing and constant temperature and humidity testing. Jute Industrial led other Taiwanese companies in the purchase of LMT standard photometric equipment from Germany. Their photometric testing lab is calibrated by German agencies and ARTC and TUV certified so professionalism is guaranteed. For their Shengang 2 plant expansion, the company purchased 10000 ppm level cleanroom electroplating equipment, an explosion-proof spraying mechanical arm and plant-wide line conveyor equipment. A UV process was also included to further upgrade quality control and production technology.
Jute Industrial’s export markets are primarily in Europe, the U.S. and Japan. Their JUTE brand products have built up a strong name in Europe.
